Marathon waxes are glide waxes specially formulated for extra durability and hardness for longer races (30-50k and beyond) where durability and dirt resistance is key.
Rex Sisu NF White/Black and NFX00 White/Black
One of the hardest waxes available suitable for cold and aggressive snow. NFX contains ceramic additives for extra performance with commensurate cost.
Swix Marathon Pro White/Black
Best for 10-25F. Above 25F, top with a warmer top coat. Choose Marathon White for clean snow and Marathon Black for old, dirty snow.
Rode Endurance and R100G
Much more affordable, but softer and not as suitable for very cold, aggressive (fresh) snow. Choose regular Rode Endurance for older, more transformed snow and R100G (which contains a graphite additive) for fresher snow.
